Fifteen years of work at one specific intersection: financial systems, regulatory architecture, and the gap between them.
My practice operates across Brazil, Argentina, and the United States, at the convergence of four disciplines: regulatory intelligence and AML/BSA compliance, global mobility strategy, data science applied to health and governance, and editorial work that puts the analysis into public record.
The practice grew from journalism and authorship into advisory work. The two functions reinforce each other: the journalist asks the question the advisor needs to answer, and the advisor understands the stakes the journalist must explain.
Eight working papers published on SSRN and Zenodo and six books in print. The research is indexed, open, and citable.
Each domain is distinct; together they address a single problem: how to operate, grow, and protect capital across Brazil, Argentina, and the United States under increasingly complex regulatory conditions.
